Life Among the Unemployed May 1

Well, that was an amazing experience.

We spent last weekend visiting with a congregation in southern Virginia.  They did a great job of highlighting their region, their church and the job.  It was a truly eye-opening, exhilarating experience.

So decision is coming very soon.  A decision that would represent the single largest change in our lives since the birth of our daughter.  There a few final details to take care of before we decide which way to jump.

It’s exciting.  It’s terrifying. It’s mostly exciting.

Hoping to make this next sentence come true very soon.

I’m ready for my next real job.

Whatever it turns out to be.
