I’ve met some wonderful people since we moved to Richmond. Doc Thomas, known as Dirty Metal Lefty, is an amazing local musician that I met at a party of a mutal friend. She impressed me that night and continues to do so when I see her videos.
Doc is trying to get a slot on NPR’s “Tiny Desk Concerts“, which is one of the coolest things on the Internet (hmmmm, a Best of the Web post should be on the list now that I think of it). Below is her entry for the 2016 contest. Worth the listen.
