I just don’t understand this whole process some weeks.
I did get a lot more steps in this week. A week ago today I logged 27,249 steps. That’s a new personal best. Despite the fact that I kept forgetting to carry my Fitbit I still logged more steps than most weeks (three days logged, over 48k steps. Ridiculous). On the other hand, I ate badly this week and had a good sized stress event drop on me mid-week.
So I wasn’t expecting much.
Truth be told, I got exactly what I expected.
Except that it went the other way.
A small loss. Which is a small win. Which I will take.
Onward.
My resolution remains:

I want to am going to be The Guy again. The Guy weighed 175 pounds and looked good and felt good. And his blood pressure was good and his blood tests were good. (New photo of The Guy)
Watch my activity at my Fitbit page Step total this week 48,597, average 7,954. The goal is 70,000/10,000.
The next milestone is getting back below 200. I will get there and go on.
