At the end of each month, I do quick reviews on newer movies that I’m catching up on.


Wow, did not see many new movies this month!

Maze Runner – The ScorchTrials (2015) – Our intrepid group of teens, having escaped the Maze, find themselves in a scorched hellhole called The Burn.  Once again, they have to find their way through as they fight the WCKD (pronounced “wicked”) organization.  Looking for some flat out fun and lots of action?  This movie has it.  Looking for a plot?  Yeah, not so much.  It’s basically running from one situation where people are trying to kill them to the next, just to set up the third movie of the trilogy in the final 20 minutes.  But, still a lot of fun.
