The Big 500!

Not the Indy 500.

But 500 posts on this blog!  My review of “Golden State” was the 500th published post here.  This blog (in its various iterations) has sputtered at times.  Trying to find a groove for it, an identity, has taken a while.  But 500 posts feels like a “Whew, we’ve made it” kind of milestone.

I love that the 500th post was of a book that I enjoyed!  That was unplanned, just happenstance.  I’d already written and scheduled the post when i realized I was closing in on the landmark.  I’m certain I’ll get the next 500 done in much less time!

In the meantime, I hope you’ll take a scan back through some of them.  I’m still very proud of what I’ve been able to do here!
