I’ve been away longer than I anticipated, but I needed to get some things straight in my head. It took a while before I realized that I needed to begin. Whatever that may mean.
The poet Rumi said “If all you can do is crawl, then start crawling”
This is me, starting to crawl.
Starting next week, the posts will begin to flow. Books, movies, things from my own creative life. There is a podcast being put together, and my plan/hope is that it will launch early next month. All of these things are making positive movements, so I’m excited. I’m also leaving room for ideas to not pan out all at once. We start at a crawl, but we are crawling.
I mentioned before that I’d imported all the posts from my other (now dormant) blog. I did notice that the formatting is a little wonky on the links on the main page. It appears that could be fixed, at the cost of a lot of time and effort. Time and effort I’d rather spend on the new content. Once you click on the content, you are taken to the primary page for that post, and all the formatting is correct there. If things go at all well, those other posts will slide out of sight soon.
So, it’s almost time to press “Play” on the next iteration of this effort. I can hardly wait!
